How 196 helped: Ceremony Support, Reception DJ & Photo Booth

On 09/16/17 we traveled to historic New Kent, VA to take part in Nick & Sarah’s wedding celebration.  Cousiac Manor’s stunning riverfront venue was the perfect backdrop for this outdoor wedding.  Dinner was served in Cousiac’s recently built Rose Mallow Barn with impeccable waterfront views from every angle.

When planning your wedding it should be your goal to make it your own.  It is our desire to facilitate that.  We meet with our couples to plan out the details but also to get to know them.  Are they laid back or the life of the party? Do they have to  be in control or can anyone take the wheel? Super organized or slightly chaotic? Detailed or simple? Ok, you get my point.  After getting to know Nick & Sarah we can say without question that their outdoor wedding was as unique and easy going as they are.

From the bride’s entrance to the ceremony by car, family games of cornhole to using the Jaws theme song for their cake cutting, this wedding stepped completely outside the box of traditional. I love that they skipped the typical wedding customs and created memories they’ll cherish forever.
