Devail and Nikki were the perfect team for the type of vibes we wanted for our special day!! From our initial consultation meeting to the actual reception, communication was amazing, accommodations were custom fit for us and their energy and customer service made for a truly special experience. -Ashli

We know how important it is to create the perfect wedding day atmosphere for our couples. To craft a wedding entertainment experience that is totally you we take the time to get to know you and your fiancé. In turn you also get to know us a little better and you can be confident that you are not getting some cheesy or obnoxious DJ for your big day!

Our first meeting with Ashli & CJ was via FaceTime and we knew right away that we were well matched. They were both super chill and easy to talk to. Every time we spoke thereafter felt like chatting with friends instead of clients. That’s the type of connection we desire with all of our couples.

 

 Words of Wisdom

With the great vibes we got from Ashli & CJ, there was no surprise that they each came from great families. Both of their grandmothers gave heartfelt toasts that, at times, had us erupting in laughter and at other times fighting back tears. Their unconditional love for the newlyweds was heard in every hard hitting piece of advice. With close to 100 combined years of marriage between them they spoke authentically about their real life experiences. Think of your typical toast, remove all the fluff and insert some uncomfortable truths coated with love and that is what they both delivered. We could all use a little more of that in our lives. Come to think of it, we probably have their grandmothers to thank for scaring Hurricane Dorian away. Dorian hit our area the day before the wedding. Watching the forecast the days leading up to their big day definitely had me a little worried. However, I wasn’t aware of the strong prayer warriors CJ & Ashli had in their corners. Dorian came and went with minimal damage. To top it off, the next day was absolutely beautiful.  The reflection of the sun on the Elizabeth River sparked brightly and there were clear skies as far as the eye could see. The day was nothing short of spectacular.  With those two strong, praying grandmothers backing them I have no doubt that Ashli & CJ’s marriage will stand the test of time.

Ashli & CJ, we are beyond grateful that you shared your special day with us. It’s our hope that we did our part to make your day even more memorable. We wish you both the absolute best!
